We take utmost care in preparing and dispatching your orders. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review the terms of our refund and exchange policy below.

Order Cancellation Rights

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. No refunds shall be made once goods are sold, unless they meet specific return conditions mentioned below.

MaPani is not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery due to improper handling or storage.

Returns & Exchanges

We only offer product exchanges in the event of quality issues or damage during transit. All exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange:

Contact us via phone or email (details on our Contact Us page) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Share images or videos of the damaged/defective item to help us verify your request.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

Products must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and receipts intact. Exchange will be subject to inspection and approval by the MaPani Team.

Products damaged due to negligence, improper usage, mishandling, or wrong application will not be eligible for exchange.

If your request is approved, the exchange process will be completed within 7–21 business days from the date of approval.

Return Exceptions

A product may be eligible for exchange if:

It was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

It has missing parts or accessories.

We aim to deliver your order as efficiently and sustainably as possible.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched from our production unit in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh or New Delhi, via a trusted courier partner.

You can expect delivery within 7–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within India on orders over ₹1000. For international orders, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page for a custom shipping estimate.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, please ensure a family member, neighbor, or colleague is present to sign and receive the package.

MaPani is not liable for packages signed for by someone other than the customer, at the delivery address.
