Directions for Use

2. Add a few drops of any locally available edible oil of your choice (avoid refined oils).
3. Mix with a spoon to form a thick, rich paste.
4. Apply the paste evenly on your teeth and gums using your finger.
5. Gently massage for 3–4 minutes to stimulate gums and cleanse deeply.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water for a fresh, clean mouth.
Alternatively, place the paste on your toothbrush and use it just like regular toothpaste — but 100% natural and chemical-free.
