Directions for Use

APPLY, MASSAGE AND RINSE METHOD

1. Take a small pinch (about 2 mg) of the tooth powder in your palm.
2. Add a few drops of any locally available edible oil of your choice (avoid refined oils).
3. Mix with a spoon to form a thick, rich paste.
4. Apply the paste evenly on your teeth and gums using your finger.
5. Gently massage for 3–4 minutes to stimulate gums and cleanse deeply.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water for a fresh, clean mouth.
